Super clean and modern surf shop. Decent selection of surf gear, but a huge selection of clothing. No tacky gimmick t-shirts here- everything has a “designer” vibe, but the prices are still in line with other shops in the area. The women working there when we visited were absolutely wonderful! – via

We are here on vacation and we have been coming to Rincon , for years . Every time we visit we support the local businesses, had great experience in the past with the sales rep very friendly and warm , but this time experience was very different the older women who works there had horrible attitude and was very loud and obnoxious. Every time I come I spend hundreds at this surf shop , I wouldnt given them a cent of my hard earned money , you are in the customer service business be kind , I am very disappointed because I love this place . I work way to hard to give my money to ppl who dont respect were it comes from . I went last night (Thursday nite) and supported all the little business and they were all so gracious and friendly. – via

Review is solely based on my phone inquiry and subsequent visit to the store in Rincón. I called the store yesterday because I was thinking of ordering tshirts online and there is no size chart on the site. I thought of getting 2 sizes and returning one. The person who took my call, Ilana (?), was very helpful. She offered to call me back with info on returns because she wanted to attend to customers whod come into the store. Ilana checked the merchandise at her location and it turns out the store is very well stocked. I decided to go to the store today as we are staying a few towns south of there, in Cabo Rojo. I met Ilana in person. She was gracious and knowledgeable. It was a great customer service experience. Thanks, Ilana. – via

Cool staff, they were super helpful. Great stuff there. Wife got some jewelry, I got goggles and we got some clothing for the kids for our vacation. Its a beautiful new shop and was great experience twice – a Rincon classic. Thanks! – via
