Awesome experience!! All the guides ( Ethens, Game to name few) were very friendly and even though it was a bit scary it was still very fun !! Friendly, jovial staff, made us feel very comfortable and answered all the queries very patiently… added perk – they click pics for you and share ( shhh… no charge for pics!!) – via google

So glad we booked this! Me and my friend took our teenagers today and we all loved it! Scott and Jessie were the best guides. They made the trip the best experience. If you are new to something like this, they will make you feel super comfortable. Not too mention the jokes weren’t too bad either. Also, if you have the time, I highly recommend doing all 3 levels. The last one is the best and absolutely beautiful. Thanks guys! – via google
