Went to the bar this afternoon…terrible! Bartenders were rude, made a Cosmo that was all cranberry and simple syrup, but when questioned how she made it, she tells us she makes great Cosmos and walks away to clean tables (maybe she is more qualified to do that). Then, abruptly, they give us a check for the one drink we were able to get because the bar was closing before dinner. This is a great hotel, but they can’t find quality staff so set your expectations appropriately. – via
