Overall many many years coming here and usually great experiences and im glad they brought back midnight madness. On the other hand i cant help but mention they only offer RFID cards for day tickets meaning the midnight madness even if you pay online you have to pickup a paper ticket with no explaination of why. This resulted in waiting an hour to get a ticket for what is only 4 hours of skiing during midnight madness. I cant really fathom why they do it this way other than the long line caused many people to leave and repurchase at another window only offering to those who didnt buy online. This just seems like poor management to me and it takes a toll on your workers who are trying to make the best out of the dumpster fire circumstances you put them under. Maybe fix your own issues before raising the prices again like it happens inevitably every year. – via
