I went to their ski slopes to snowboard with some friends 30 MINUTES after opening and they declined to sell us lift tickets with the excuse that they were “sold out” . Keep in mind the park was not in the slightest bit packed and that I called the morning of to find out information before I drove 1 HOUR to there and they completely failed to mention that i should buy the tickets ahead of time. Also, once I asked to speak with the manager he was very rude and nasty about the whole situation. I have been snowboarding for 10+ years and I have never experienced such terrible customer service at a resort before. I will not be going back. – via

Drove 2 hours to take our 3 almost 4 year old skiing for the first time since they have a nice bunny slope. Arrived right on time to find out they won’t sell any tickets. They said they were sold out. Not many people even there at the time. Unbelievable! – via
