We made reservations for 12pm, got there 3 mins late, and they rented 1 of the 2 jetskis we had reserved out to the customer in front of us. Also they didn’t tell us to arrive 15 mins prior to the rental for paperwork. This place is a joke, and not worth your hard earned money. There’s no such thing as reservation here. Awful… made a reservation online and nobody was at the business for our reservation.. would leave less than 1 star if I could. Jet ski parts all over the place, looks like a junk yard. – via
