A great ski resort for families, intermediate, and advanced skiiers. Largest ski resort in all of Idaho and Washington. Well known for its variety of terrain including some black diamonds with trees. More of a small-resort feel, though. On weekdays you’ll never see a long lift line here. In the other three seasons, amazing hiking with views of Lake Pend Oreille. Lots of huckleberry bushes, lupine, and bear grass. Zip line and mountain biking in summer. Lots of new dining options including two food/drink options at the summit. Parking can be an issue, more parking lots are coming. – via

Can’t remember the last time I went snowboarding on Monday.. The weather was perfect clear blue sky.. Could have been a little warmer but Schweizer had nothing to do with that.. Zero lines – via
