Fantastic experience! The original day we booked was showing bad weather so they were able to reschedule us for the day before and had the best time! Smooth ride, great views, and the guide explained the process and gave us a little history as well. – via

Back in August went on a ride and had a horrible experience. We were at first denied our prepaid ride because I asked if we were able to go to the bathroom before we headed out to the staging area. The owner came at me in a threatening manner yelling. Finally got the owner to calm down and allow us to ride. I was celebrating my 55th birthday. He said he did not care. Our ride stayed only above the city. Pointed towards landmarks that were far away. Got science about volcanoes almost right. Never got the link to pictures of our ride as promised. – via
