Questionable operation. We stayed on Fitzroy Island. Pre-arranged from FI to go to outer reef prior to stay on FI. On the day, Sunlover disembarked day-trip passengers to FI then about to leave to Moore reef without loading us while we're waiting for offloading these passengers.
Also, when we returned to FI, they just put the gangway & 'off you go'. nobody watching at the bottom of the gangway steps.
I recommend Great Adventures for better safety and operational communication standards. - via
