Booked a private tour but We never got to jetski. He had no problem taking our deposit. Over booked us and then asked if we were at McDonald’s or on drugs when we were late. I understand taking the other group out because we were late but I didn’t feel like these comments were professional. I won’t go with a company that talks to customers like that. - via
