UPDATE POST JUMP:
despite the long wait time/process (i suggest you book as early as possible like 8:30am as parking lot can fill up, and our total time being there was ~3-4 hours), I enjoy my skydiving experience. Scott was a very good instructor and let me steer the parachute as well for a bit. I definitely would consider skydiving again in general; experience the freedom.
REVIEW PRE-JUMP:
This review is based on their communication via email/social media
Whenever i ask them to explain their jump altitude of "up to 14,000 ft", what impacts it, and how would we as Customer know on the say of; Tara refuses to respond to the email it seems.
It happened twice. She seems to only respond to email that doesn't contain that question. They don't seem honest based on this...
I communicated with them on Facebook as well, they seem very reluctant in answering questions and would rather redirect to a phone call..
Will update ratings once I jump with them. - via
