It has been over a year since I dropped off my regulator and octo for standard service plus replacement of the rubber cover over the purge on my primary. I dropped them off in February of 2022. I had to go back over in July of 2022 to grab rental equipment to take on my vacation as it was still not finished but was made to pay the invoice for what they had done up to that point. They said everything was finished but when they got the cover in, they realized there was a recall and they were supposed to replace another component. The guy working the counter mentioned that the wrong part was also ordered as opposed to the correct recalled part. I went back over to drop off the rental equipment when I returned from vacation early August or 2022. As of April of 2023, I am still waiting on them to finish my regulator. The only time I receive an update is if I call, otherwise, I am never informed of what is going on. They tell me they are going to check with the Aqua Lung rep and get back to me but then nothing. Every trip to their location is a 3 hour round trip for me. - via
