Though I did not get the opportunity to actually take a surf lesson, I am writing this review out of appreciation for Ramse's professionalism. There was a rip current warning the morning of my lesson, and rather than risk our safety, he worked with me to adjust my reservation and was very flexible when my travel schedule ultimately didn't allow me to reschedule. They seem to run a very professional operation and, even though the ocean conditions prevented my partner and me from taking a lesson, their commitment to customer service deserves to be praised. I do recommend reaching out by phone for the most prompt responses.
In short, I am very grateful that Surfing Lessons Puerto Rico put my safety first and was very responsive and communicative with me while working through the details, even when it meant a potential loss of business for them. This is NOT a business that is going to pocket your money and be careless about your safety. - via
