Excellent location of the hotel, it is right in the heart of Seminyak and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions to visit.
Staff were not as friendly or attentive within the restaurant and reception.
There was no staff available around the pool chairs and sun lounges.
Breakfast buffet was included in our room however the food and beverage option were of poor quality. We opted to have breakfast out.
Unfortunately our rooms balcony door would not open and half of the electricity in the room did not work (lights and power sockets).
Rooms are not sound proofed. Found it to be noisy in the late hours of the evening and early morning.
The television has multiple channels however the quality is fuzzy due to poor reception. This meant watching the tv was not usable. No smart featured available either.
Our room included a queen bed however there was no duvet. Just a sheet with a blanket on top. Pillows were also very hard and uncomfortable.
The bathrooms are clean and the shower is spacious. However there is very little storage and bench space. Also our toilet would not flush properly causing it block. And our sink would also not drain properly. - via
