Booked a trip with them and they got down the wrong name for me, which happens and I don’t mind. When I called them again to change the name on the reservation, the guy answered the call was very rude and impatient. He even sweared “what the hell”, “Jesus”. Will definitely cancel my reservation. Also, their deposit is non-refundable just to be aware. - via
