I went on two boat dives this September (2022). Information on English diving courses in Korea are really difficult to find, but All Blu were fantastic and provided dives in English. They also filmed us underwater and proved the video on the very same day!!
Kakao talk seems to be the best way to reach them.
The price for one certified diver is 170,000 krw for 2 tanks a day(140,000) including full gear rental(30,000). - via
