My fiancé and I booked a ride on the weekend to Pismo's location. We had to reschedule a couple of times since it was raining. On our last day at Pismo, we were on time for our reservation, but the employee said the creek was closed so we could not ride at all. Here is the first annoying part--the creek has been closed for the whole weekend, and they did NOT send any email about it until we arrived in person. Not even when we made a call to reschedule.
The guy handed us a phone number to call customer service for a refund. WE SPENT WEEKS TO REACH TO THEM! Every time we called them, they said "The manager is not in the place."
I emailed them AGAIN and they said I can only reschedule or get ONLY a 70% refund. I did not even ride the ATV at all!!! I did not even see them!! It is not our fault that the creek is closed. Now I just wasted $100 for nothing.
The most frustrating part is they did not even take any actions-- either reschedule or refund when it has been weeks already this happened.
I am planning to make a small claim if they do not respond to me back within a week. - via
