Social Dives during holiday seasons, Sat & Sun with instructors/guides are life saving important. They may have double tanks with nitrox. Some cheaper dive shops may only have equipment to hire so inexperienced divers need to avoid.
Though fresh certified divers can dive together legally, when things go wrong they can hardly save themselves. I believe the doctor stood by on shore during the Open Water Course & Social Dive is essential so I cannot thank them enough. - via
