I’ve worked as a divemaster so take it from there.
Going to be fully honest on this review, it could’ve been great but loads of little things just added up.
Divemaster was a nice guy but so unprofessional, blowing bubbles underwater while the other divers are trying to figure out where to go or what to do.
One diver came to me underwater for advice as the divemasters fully ignored him (he had issues with his mask).
We were told it was 275k for the entrance fee but then that day they said 350k as it was a Sunday (I don’t mind, just let me know ahead of time).
When I paid for our dives I was told the GoPro was already included in the payment I made that day (not free of course)… which apparently it wasn’t (it also didn’t work for the first dive… it needed to be formatted), so you can tell your staff didn’t check it prior me taking it.
Saw loads of amazing stuff, but the professionalism of this company is not the best. I’ve worked as a divemaster plenty of times and in different countries. In my opinion, for the price we paid it wasn’t the best. - via
