I ordered a face mask on the 9th of Sept 2021. The money was taken from my credit card account immediately. I heard nothing for approx 10 days in spite of leaving numerous telephone messages and e mails. Eventually I received an e mail telling me that this item is not kept in stock but was expected on 27/09/21 and would be dispatched next day delivery. To this date 06/10/21 still nothing has been received and it is impossible to contact Blue Decent as they are not replying to my e mails or phone messages.
The customer service with this company is non existent and I would strongly recommend that buying anything on line is an extremely bad idea as at no time during the purchase process was I told that my item is not kept in stock. I have been diving for many years with numerous contacts in the industry and will certainly make this known. - via
