I wanted to stop. I was definitely still open to giving it a chance, but due to the difficult communication and their 'heels in the sand' I have lost my confidence in these people. I don't get a refund (conditions ma'am) but I wonder if Scuba can also see where they have fallen short? That seems to me to be a condition.

Ik zie 100% dat de docenten gepassioneerd zijn en hun best doen alleen denk ik niet dat dit voldoende is om vertrouwen te winnen van de cursist. Communicatie is namelijk niet best; er wordt slecht gereageerd op mails of met je meegedacht. Na de 1e les, wat echt geen fijne ervaring was (hele grote groep van 8+ studenten, rommelig, te lang in koud water, alles moest snel snel binnen de tijd maar dat was onmogelijk omdat de groep zo groot was dus veel wachten...) wou ik stoppen. Ik stond absoluut nog open om het een kans te geven maar door de moeizame communicatie en hun 'hakken in het zand' ben ik mijn vertrouwen in deze mensen verloren. Ik krijg geen geld terug (voorwaarden mevrouw) maar ik vraag me af of Scuba ook kan zien waar ze zijn tekortgeschoten? Dat lijkt me namelijk óók een voorwaarden.
Zoals jullie kunnen zien heb ik nog nooit een slechte review geplaatst maar gezien ik nog steeds geen reactie heb op mijn email van weken geleden sta ik met mijn rug tegen de muur. Hoop dat mensen op deze manier een goede keuze kunnen maken voor een juiste duikschool. - via
