This was an unbelievably bad experience. I’ve snorkeled across the Caribbean + multiple times in the Keys and this stands alone in terms of poor customer service, overall value, and site visited. The captain and mate permeated negativity from the moment guests arrived and were both incredibly rude with those on board on multiple occasions. Only one engine was working on the vessel, so we traveled at a snail’s pace to the closest possible destination that paled in comparison to other reefs in the area with - very little marine life. We decided to book a different trip a few days later (Islander Girl) and for virtually the same cost received amazing customer service plus towels, fresh fruit, and drinks on board. - via
