They were responsive on the reservations, however the service and the crew on board was rude and disrespectful. I booked the tour to Isla Saona and the music was so loud that we suffer for 2hours until we arrived. When I asked to put the music a little bit down (not sure that volume is healthy for anyone and particular kids) they told me that I need to move to the front to the boat (with rain and no kids protection) The crew in the boat was drinking and being disrespectful with the customers (pretty inappropriate with girls). Avoid this tour if you want to visit a calm and nice island with your family - via
