I’ve been using this store for a few months spent thousands …
I’ve been using this store for a few months spent thousands of dollars here on new tank, salt, stand fish ect. I asked the older guy to test my water was my first encounter with him right away rude refused i explained I just bought the whole thing here he finally did it. I gave them another chance bought a fish yesterday at 4pm work up at 7 fish was dead. I brought the fish back right away older guy rude told me he’s not replacing it that he fed it for us for 2 weeks I said you fed it till I bought it died less then 24 hrs later. The costumer service is just horrible! I did like them in the beginning but now to find a new fish store because of how rude I was treated not once but twice! - via
