Would've given a negative rating if there was one. If you'd like to be lied to about your booking which was suggested and confirmed by Tony himself, and would like to be treated rude and shown no courtesy being a customer, HangglideOz and Tony are for you. At first, he wouldn't book my desired date and delayed booking every time. After a number of calls and emails, he finally booked his own preferred day and on the day I sent an email at 9am to check with him if everything ok, without any response he called me at 11am and said I had to call him and ask him to check the weather at 7:30am. Knowing he suggested the date and booked it himself he wanted me to call him at 7:30am to check for weather. He was being very rude and hung up in the middle of conversations. Getting treated like that, I asked for cancellation and refund then he said he would deduct $10 as bank fee. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in a million years. - via
