I was visiting Cancun area from San Francisco and came across Dan from google search. I met him at the Isla Blance location and it was the best place I’ve ever kited!
I am a fairly experienced kiteboarder, but it being a new location I decided to sign up for a lesson with Dan. After reaching there, I started with a smaller kite but had to change for bigger ones a few times. Danny and Enrique helped sort it all out pretty smoothly.
Eventually, my session turned out to be amazing and Dan just charged me for a rental as I was doing my own thing independently all the time, even though I had signed up for a lesson. This shows his customer first approach and I appreciate that.
