Highly run scam- We arrived at the location at 12:45, however, the instructions based on the website guiding us to Kewalo basin are incorrect.
As it guided you to the general area with no dock number. We then clicked the link from the email taking us to the pier, once again no dock number was listed and it guided you to the general pier area. We asked several people who work on various boats and no one would identify the company.
We contacted over 4 times on the phone it it all went to voicemail and once I emailed, I got a response back immediately saying they had a “boat emergency” and had to cancel all tours that day- you would think if there was an emergency I would be contacted? In the email they discussed rescheduling, but really I knew it was a scam! I got a confirmation email thanking me for joining the tour (I was never on!) the next day. - via
