Hated every second since i walked in, the customer service is horrible. The owner of the establishment has no respect for the paying customer. I reside in Tucson and had to rent a tuxedo since the bride and groom choose this establishment and unfortunately it is one of the only places on Nogales that rents tuxedos (no option to purchase the tux). That I guess allows the owner to feel empowered and disrespect the customer. Me and my friend decided to go pick up our tuxedos since they had arrived. Which we had to constantly call and ask if they arrived they did not like that either. They will not call you to advice you that your tuxedo is ready for fitting and or pick up. After a long day of work me and my buddy decided to take a trip down just to pick them up. The establishment opens late at 10 am and closes at 7 pm. I decided to call and let them know we were probably gonna get there at the latest 5 mins after 7 pm. Of course i explained our circumstances since traveling from out of town and asked if they could wait five mins. On the phone I was speaking to Mr. Corey Alexander which immediately responded to my request by saying that it is my responsibility to make time and get their early. In which he may be right, yet the story doesnt end. We pleaded many times and even offered to pay the hourly wage of his workers in which he claimed he made 300/hr. Which made us both laugh very much. We are both from Nogales and know very well he doesnt rent three tuxedos in an hr, not even during prom season is that possible for such a small town. He finally broke and stated "i very well know you wont make it in five minutes, if you do i will eat my words and help you, if not you can go to hell!" (Mr. Alexander himself). So we actually arrived 2 mins before seven front door locked and all. Finally his worker openned the door and allowed us since we mentioned the owners proposition. He still argued a while about his time and i responded its just good customer service sir, he stated that it was a principal about time. Worst experience ever. I got worked up, disrespected, and overpayed to rent a tuxedo. Any buisiness man that claims makes 300/ hr would see a 224 dollar opportunity for 5 minutes of your time as a no brainer decision. This gentleman if he can be called a gentleman not enough words can describe how rude this old man was, he is quite old to act like a high school student and treat or disrespect his paying customers like that. Cant imagine how he treats his employees that cost him money instead of making him money? For the most part save yourself a horrible experience and do your tuxedo shopping elsewhere. By the way we were done and out of there by 7:05 like we stated no more than five minutes of his time. - via
