Very arrogant customer service. I called up customer service for help. In the end they said "can you email us, that's easier 'cause we're busy at the moment". Very poor service. I have bought lots of diving stuff here and the in-store staff were generally helpful. The guy I spoke on the phone today is "one of a kind". - via
