1 star for the lack of understand and processing of refund. They cancelled our tour due to weather conditions. The refund policy states 21 days to refund. Currently been waiting over 30 days for a refund with no date for the refund to be processed
Not helpful at all in making this process easy. No one to talk to regarding refunds. Always an excuse on why they havent refunded the money. They have had us booked for over 12 months. Cancelled twice by the dive centre and still without a refund. Booking was for 7 people. Very disappointing - via
