Terrible and unprofessional. We had to reschedule twice, the first one was not their fault the weather wasn’t cooperating, but the second time we had already scheduled for 2pm, they called us saying we’re going to have to reschedule because of too many tandems that day, we would be out there for a while. Why have those times available then? And don’t even give refunds, definitely going to dispute with my bank. Done rescheduling and will be finding another place. - via
