I recently had an incredibly frustrating encounter with Spectrum Surf School, particularly with a staff member named Axel, over the phone. From the moment I called with a few questions, Axel's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. It was immediately apparent that he had no interest in assisting or addressing our concerns. He seemed completely indifferent to our inquiries and was unwilling to provide any helpful information. [cross posting] - via
