Very poor/weak leadership from a Corporate Level. Sun Development has proven to me that there is a high level of incompetence and a lack in the ability to construct/build long-term strategies.
Example: The Corporate Team comes in to have a property-level meeting with the Sales Department over reviewing the current budget. The Corporate HR Director was in attendance. She did not once, make eye contact, greet us, say hello, not even acknowledge that we were there for an entire 3 hour meeting. This is a perfect representation of the entire Corporate Team from the President down. - via
