Customer service is a priority here by the way staff interacts with the guests. Employees are well trained. Everyone is so nice. I gave four stars only because I did not have an iron and the phone didn't work. Also the AC unit was not cool enough for me. Side note...I was at the North Tower.
I have already booked my vacation for next year. I was given a super duper deal. Can't wait to go back! - via
