Our guide Jon Paul was awesome. Lots of good info about the surrounding areas and good rider! Other than that, I would not recommend this to anyone. The equipment was very sub par. I have been riding quads and racing motocross my entire life and was looking for something fun to do with friends and my girlfriend. Once we showed up for our tour we were hit with a $1,000 deposit which was never mentioned in the booking process. We paid, not thinking we would be scammed. After doing a walk around our equipment I noticed broken lights, worn out grips, broken plastics, scratches and dents on almost every external part on the machines. The tires were all extremely bald on all the equipment. Mine had a flat back tire and would not idle. They switched to a different machine once I told them what was wrong. After the tour we were waiting to check out when someone else at the company ( not our guide, not the lady who was at the desk) came up to one of our machines and said we had damaged our rear bumper and put scratches on it. We looked at all the machines in the parking lot, everyone had similar damage. Our guide even told us at the waterfall that he watched all of the quads run into each other on a previous tours. This guy told the desk lady that we did the damage and to charge us for it. I tried to talk to the desk lady but she shut me out and was not responsive. Told me to come back later and check with the mechanic. I have tried to call back twice now to get my $1000 back but have been hung up on both times. Still haven’t seen my $1000 two weeks later with no call or email in return. This is a scam for people who aren’t familiar with this equipment. I would not recommend this for anyone. SCAM - via
