Do not order gear from them. I ordered a harness for my son 12 days ago and paid for 2 day shipping. I have called, text and emailed. It took days to even get ahold of them to see when it would ship. They assured me 7 days ago that it was shipping that day. I just got the tracking saying it shipped today. So it will have been weeks before I get it whenever that is. It’s coming from one state away. This is unacceptable service. Do not order from their website if you expect to get your gear soon. I am regretting I didn’t order from someone else who I know would have gotten it to me quicker. - via
