Frank is awesome. I learned so much taking the Open Water SCUBA Diving Course and now I can’t wait to get to St. Lucia and dive. They are so patient and helpful and really want you to love scuba as much as they do and to be confident under the water. Safety in all aspects of diving is extremely important to them. - via
