Do NOT prepay for any services! For more than 6 months I have been trying to get a refund for services we did not use and have been given the run around. We were in Playa Del Carmen in December and purchased a dive package for two at the Scuba Caribe. Unfortunately, a family issue come up and we had to leave unexpectedly, I spoke with Gilbert at the dive shop and he told me it was too late in the day to get a refund and I would need to contact Scuba Caribe. We departed the resort about 0630 am the next morning so I did not get to go back by. I contacted about 6 different people; David, Daniel, Karla, Nina, Omar and a few others and no one has done anything. - via Google
