We had a very poor experience with Seashell dive centre in Koh Tao. The manager was very unhelpful after we had booked and paid for our dive course but due to the issues that we had experienced he agreed to refund us. That was two months ago and no refund has been received. There is very poor communication and emails and messages are being ignored. There does not appear to be any professionalism or customer service once they have your money. - via
