I believe this company to be a scam. I made a reservation online for a 1.5 hour surf lesson as a birthday gift to my nephew. He was visiting NC from CO and was so excited to have the chance to surf! The day before the lesson, the company emailed us to cancel the lesson saying that the 'waves were too big.' But there was no weather in the area. The email stated that they would reschedule or refund the initial payment; but I have since called them twice and emailed them three times requesting the refund. They have never once answered the phone or replied to my inquiries. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card in hopes of getting my money back. Both my nephew and I are very disppoinetd with Sean's Surf! I would stay FAR FAR AWAY! - via
