We arrived at the beach spot and sat around waiting for someone to guide us. At our reservation time, still no one around. I called the phone number for the business and it sounded like I woke them up out of bed. I was then informed that all activities that day were cancelled…no phone call, no email…just show up to a cancelled trip. I can tell it will be a fun time getting my money back. Never again… - via
