Totally IGNORED when I walked in, I was going to spend a lot of money after doing research on the gear. The owner Joe was very rude and he wouldn't give me the time of day. I am glad I had a very bad experience with them as it opened up my eyes to Divers Unlimited in Norfolk who the owner Joe and Nancy spent a few hours with me and educated me on what my purchase was going to be and they even have better prices - via
