If you want your money taken for services not provided, proceed. Dolphin Swim School refused to schedule a make up class for my special needs granddaughter. We have been there swimming for over 7 months. The "new" 'Aquatics Director', Stacy, advised me that they will not schedule a make up class for her because "it isn't fair to other families." What isn't fair is to take someone's money and not provide the service that they paid for. My granddaughter was passed around like a bag of Dorritos because they cannot keep their swim instructors. I had to get management involved with one for inappropriate behavior. Most of the rest of them are so busy trying to be best friends, that they are not teaching the kids proper swimming. I have ONE make up class left. I was advised today that sadly, although I paid, they will not honor that class but gee they "understand my frustration." If you want chaos and turmoil in a swim school, go ahead with Dolphin. I have more grandkids up and coming that will need to learn how to swim and I will surely NOT be bringing them here. - via
