This has been one of our worst experiences in Indonesia due to poor room hygiene. Although the staff is friendly, we discovered fresh blood on our comforter cover after the first night, indicating the bed hadn't been changed. Despite reporting it, we only received an apology and a delayed bed change. The manager offered no resolution, and the hotel seemed indifferent. Additionally, the ice has been unavailable for two days, affecting drink orders. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and are relieved to leave today. My suggestion: choose another place. - via
