I had the pleasure to dive with Dave on the HTMS Chang last week. The man is an amazing dive lead and has possibly the most in depth knowledge about the dive sites around the island. He was one of the first divers who surveyed the wreck after it was scuttled and dove on it ever since. You won't find a better or more experienced dive lead on the island. - via
