I had requested a hike in which I was interested via WhatsApp. The request was also read at short notice. But I have never received a response. At least a refusal should be with a professional provider in it.
PS. Since you think I'm rating the wrong company here (which would be very unpleasant for me, of course), I have once again matched the phone numbers from Google with the one from WhatsApp. Conclusion: The number is identical.
In the end, however, this confirms exactly my initial criticism. A professional service provider would admit that a request "slipped through" and I would fully understand that. Less professional complaint management then looks like simply denying having been involved in the process.
