I took my open water padi certificate there, with Eric as instructor.
The first day was in a pool, to get the basics and to become confortable with the gear; the other days were all at a beautiful black beach, with plentiful sea life.
In my opinion, the crew manages an excellent balance between a relaxed/fun atmosphere, and rigorous training and instructions.
Administrative contact with Rickus was efficient and he made things easy for me.
During the courses, Eric was friendly and very thorough with explanations and exercises, and told me many things about the island.
My partner and I did extra dives once the course was completed; they took us to two beautiful spots across the island.
Along with Rickus and Eric, we could meet Nano and Juan Carlo, who were both warm and welcoming well beyond reasonable expectations.
They took plenty of time to teach us things.
The surroundings of the diving spots are charming; we saw a lot of life, and the bottom of the water is very interesting due to volcanic activity.
We stayed for very long conversations after the dives, and felt like friends rather than clients.
I had a blast, and warmly recommend this center.
