I am very unhappy, we are offering a Tandem flight for my sister's birthday which has now been canceled so the jump was not made but of course the money was collected!! the person makes an appointment for the parachute jump unfortunately it's life she has an impediment she can't go to the jump, her boss asks her to work so she calls the company a lady answers her saying "no worries, you will only have to make an appointment on the internet", except that when you make an appointment on the internet a week later it is another lady who tells us that the flights were canceled and not refunded because we we did not cancel 96 hours before the jump yes but your colleague did not inform us of this I do not understand your colleague did not tell us that the parachute jump was going to be canceled! poor organization in the team the lady on the phone should have warned us that the flight would be canceled if she didn't come! We are disgusted, it was a gift for 410 francs from the family, it was a contribution and for nothing. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this company! This is theft ! - via
