I don't know when Joe is coming back from diving, but the person he left behind for handling his WhatsApp is doing a terrible job.
I have experienced a total disrespectful and unprofessional behavior while trying to get some info about dives. And after I have expressed my dissatisfaction for this behavior, I only got more insults.
From the dive schools that I have contacted in Bali, by far this was the worst customer experience that I have witnessed.
No matter how good are you with your dives, you need to learn how to treat people through social media. Making it personal just shows how serious your company is. - via
