I have contacted AquaSub to arrange courses to obtain the open water certification. I book via text message, saying that I will come the next day in the afternoon. The staff confirms it. I arrange my trip accordingly. The day after, the staff told me they canceled my booking, offering another option 5 days after.
When I call, the staff starts by making excuses (because I came too late while it was 3:15PM) and on top of that, raise their voice when I tell them that they should have informed me.
AquaSub team, I understand that it's the peak season for you guys. But put yourself in my position. If you confirm a booking, stick to your word. And at the very least, call before canceling. Not cool!
EDIT: since AquaSub wants to distort the facts, I am posting our conversation below. Please show me where you asked for a deposit, for my passport and where I did not follow your request. Please show me where that happened.
Also why didnt you call me if you wanted to know exactly at what time I would come in the afternoon.
Reading your other comments, it seems like that you have the habit of attacking personally your clients with judgmental sentences like: "you are the typical..."
FYI, I had a wonderful experience in another diving club so all is well ultimately. Live in peace, and improve your communication by recognising your wrongdoings. - via
